F.A.W.C! Off the Hook: CANCELLED

New Zealand’s masters of seafood cuisine Fleur Sullivan and Jeremy Rameka will deliver a feast of epic proportions at F.A.W.C! Off the Hook.

Pioneering restaurateur Fleur Sullivan of Fleurs Place in Moeraki will join Chef Jeremy Rameka in the Pacifica kitchen as they prepare a six-course degustation. Each chef will produce three exceptional plates, all with matching wines from Hawke’s Bay.

This will be an intimate evening that shouldn’t be missed as these two masterful chefs combine to create one very special menu.

Both Fleur and Jeremy are passionate about mahinga kai – gathering and using fresh, local produce from local resources – so expect this to be a showcase of Hawke’s Bay’s bountiful oceans and splendid wineries.

Fleur’s eventful career has spanned more than 40 years, during which time she's transformed two sleepy towns – Clyde and Moeraki – into international destinations, coveted by even the world’s most renowned chefs; while Jeremy is the hatted chef who has turned a little bungalow on Napier’s waterfront into a must-visit on the New Zealand culinary landscape.

Now in its tenth year, F.A.W.C! is a chance to get up close and personal with chefs and food producers, wine makers and the clever people that make up the Hawke’s Bay and New Zealand food and wine scene.
