Rev your engines because the Car Boot Party is back for a second year, more “souped-up” than ever! More than 35 Hawke’s Bay wineries will roll into the Waikoko Gardens and park-up ready to pour an amazing selection of Hawke’s Bay’s finest wines.
Wineries on show: Alchemy, Alpha Domus, Amoise Wine, Askerne Winery, Bilancia Limited, Black Barn, Clearview Estate, Collaboration Wines, Crab Farm Winery, Decibel Wines, Esk Valley, Hãhã Wine, Halcyon Wines, Hancock & Sons, Helio Wines, Hopesgrove, Junction Wines, Kokako, Lime Rock, Linden Estate, Monowai Estate, Paritua, Petane Wines, Redmetal Vineyards, Sileni, Smith & Sheth, Squawking Magpie, Te Awanga Estate, Te Mata Estate, Three Fates, Tironui Estate, Tony Bish Wines, Trinity Hill, Unison, Wairiki Estate, Wine by Jenny Dobson
Take the handbrake off and cruise around the cars for a tasting rally of epic proportions. Wines on show include Chardonnay, Syrah, Red Blends and other exciting styles such as aromatic whites, natural and organic wines, sweet wines and sparkling.
Catch up with your favourite wineries over the back of the ute or meet some new ones who are parked-up and ready to impress. Make sure you come hungry as there will be some trucking great dinner options from Hermana Food Truck and Peg & Pickle.
Grab a ticket and buckle-up for a relaxed evening of great wine, food and live entertainment – Keep an eye out for some great wine deals on the night (for takeaway and delivery) These will be for one night only so steer yourself in the right direction for a bargain!
Ticket price includes: all wine tastings, a branded wine glass to take home and live entertainment. Food purchases are additional.

F.A.W.C! Food and Wine Classic has new dates but the same plan – to celebrate 10 years of the Hawke’s Bay’s signature culinary festival with incredible wine, fantastic entertainment and some of the best chefs Hawke’s Bay and New Zealand can serve up.
While Covid-19 forced the festival to postpone to our new dates of January 28 – February 6, the majority of F.A.W.C! events have come along for the ride. The Hawke’s Bay’s culinary tastemakers have delivered a dazzling line up of events, including a new signature showcase luncheon that will act as a cornerstone of the Summer Series for years to come.
The entire 10-day festival will be a stunning display of the very best of Food and Wine Country as the region’s finest chefs, winemakers, artisans and purveyors work alongside incredible visiting talent. And with a programme this F.A.W.C!ing good, the hardest part will be deciding which events to leave off your itinerary.
