Join the impassioned, award-winning Christopher Stockdale at his chef’s table for a culinary journeying ‘happening.’
Set in a haven of old trees, birdlife and blooms, watch as Christopher prepares several foodie offerings, while also discussing provenance and the people behind the produce.
Bring a notepad along, ask questions and pack a sunhat if you wish; the only must is a love of textual flavours, a soft spot for like-minded foodies (as you’ll be sitting next to them) and an appetite.
This a three and a half hour demonstration that will feed your foodie soul as well as your stomach.

Ticket price includes: 3 ½ hour demonstration, 7-8 small plates of set food, welcome initial beverage of local beer or wine

F.A.W.C! is a series of exceptional food and wine experiences set in stunning locations in Hawke’s Bay. Running twice a year, F.A.W.C! is a chance to get up close and personal with chefs and food producers, wine makers and the clever people that make up the New Zealand food and wine scene. F.A.W.C!
