Double Denim Exhibition Opening Night

An art exhibition at UPcycled af gallery, kicking off with an opening-night party on Friday 1 October (5.30-7.30pm). Northland artists have been invited to devise new work for Double Denim, an installation consisting almost entirely of denim. Domestic objects will appear uncannily familiar. The installation is designed to provoke conversation around the impact of our choices to do with clothing and identity, as well as how we as consumers can disrupt the harm caused by the fast-fashion industry.
