About the course:
Let’s face it, everyone has someone in their life they find it difficult to be around. Whether it be a challenging work colleague or boss, a disagreeable partner or an opinionated family member. These strained relationships can often weigh down on us over time, leaving us stressed and frustrated – as well as leading to disharmony both at work and at home. By using Buddha’s teachings on training the mind, we can challenge our ordinary way of viewing others, come to develop a more positive and realistic approach to those people we find challenging and eventually even learn to regard them with love and affection!
Suitable for beginners and advanced. Everybody is welcome.
Cost includes morning tea.
Booking is essential, so please book online now, or contact the Centre to book your place.
