CJC Creative Jazz Club presents: CTI All-Stars Tribute

Through the 1970’s CTI Records and its sister imprint Kudu defined a jazz-funk sound for a generation, as the home of artists such as Freddie Hubbard, Stanley Turrentine, Bob James, Hubert Laws, George Benson, Idris Muhammed & more.

Inspired by the CTI All-Stars concerts, featuring different combinations of the band-leaders on the label, Ben McNicoll has assembled some fellow travellers to play some of their favourite cuts, with Joe Kaptein, Mostyn Cole, Kurt Dyer, Andy Keegan and special guest Jason Herbert.

Bring your feet, you may end up dancing on them.
