Creative Arts Therapy with Kate Willis

This two-day course invites participants to explore themselves through creative arts therapy. The course will cover creative journaling, mindful activities and creative exploration. The experience will be an inclusive, connected and fun weekend that will teach you how to discover your strengths and better develop your self-care routine.
