In this workshop, you’ll explore dining at Giverny, with recipes from Claude Monet's personal recipe collection. Dr. Wendy Joyce, PhD in art history and French studies from Princeton University, will talk you through the connections between Claude Monet, his art and his love of food.
Then you’ll cook two very French dishes: Monet's favourite creamy eggs with mushrooms and an apple galette inspired by Monet's painting by the same title.
After the cooking, sit down and enjoy the meal with some fresh sourdough and a glass of wine or housemade kombucha.
