Christmas Eve at Epsom Circle McDonalds

Internationally renowned poet and writer Maren Tirabassi joins us (on Zoom) from the USA, to lead ‘Christmas Eve at Epsom Circle McDonalds’ – a workshop reflecting on her own experience of Christmas, and inviting us to do the same.

Maren’s Christmas writing includes stories and poems of ordinary lives, family memories, naming the ‘no-room’ of injustice in our time, personal journies through Charles Dickens’ ‘A Christmas Carol’, reflections on the pandemic inspired by Narnia, Silent Night, the work of Howard Thurman, and even, The Grinch and Rudolph!
