We have an incredible seven-course, twelve-dish menu to reflect the Twelve Days of Christmas, designed by our wonderful chef Boipelo Sebate.
Be greeted with a glass of bubbles and start your feast to the tune of a 'partridge in a pear tree' with port caramelized pear, going all the way through 'three French hens' (Cornish hen and turkey roulade) and 'eight maids a-milking' (sous vide beef with goat cheese butter) and finishing with twelve drummers drumming, a stunning dark hazelnut mousse.
