Hot off a Broadway revival, Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Carousel is described by Time Magazine as the musical that ‘set the standard for the 20th-century musical’.

Set in a small New England seaside town, Carousel describes the tragic romance between a troubled carnival barker and the young woman who gives up everything for him. Elevated to an epic scale by a sweeping musical score, this is a story of passion, loss and redemption. Audience members will recognise beloved classics like ‘If I loved you’ and ‘You will never walk alone’.
