Bridges is a set of six brand new, 10 minute scripts written by Jo Randerson, Mitch Tawhi Thomas, Stella Reid, Sam Brooks, Anya Tate-Manning and Ahi Karunaharan.
The end result is a show that is as dynamic and engaging as the world we live in; a show that doesn’t shy away from the dark but continues to celebrate the light.
It sticks to no one particular genre, each script performed in a back to back buffet of art.
We jump between green-party house parties, murdering the Royal family, Black Mirror Omegle and existential dread.
Directed by Ben Ashby and Neenah Dekkers-Reihana and performed by the 20 hot young actors in Long Cloud, Bridges as an exciting collaboration between generations of theatre-makers in Pōneke.
