The Hop House Comedy Club returns with two of N.Z's finest featuring headliner Brendhan Lovegrove and M.C. Ben Hurley with support on the night from some very special guests. Winner of the 2015 NZ Comedy Guild Award for Best Male Comedian Brendhan is a favourite on the NZ Comedy Circuit.
With an arm's length list of awards, he has entertained sold-out crowds for well over a decade within New Zealand, Australia, Asia and UK. Brendhan's manic physical presence combined with a sureness of delivery and material that can be described as verging on the psychotic side of human nature, has delighted and frightened audiences throughout New Zealand.
Ben Hurley needs little introduction being one of N.Z.'s comedy greats. Winner of all of the awards, the Billy T Award, The Fred Dagg Award, NN Comedy Guild 2016 Best Male Comedian & Best MC and Metro Comedian of the year. Best known as a regular panellist and head writer for NZ’s top rating and longest-running TV comedy 7 Days. Ben is a household name in New Zealand.
