Let the good vibes roll because Breathe and Flow Beach Yoga is back for February! These fun and dynamic classes will happen every Saturday (except the 20th) in February. With classes open to all levels and ages, expect clear guidance and plenty of variations to introduce you to yoga, or deepen your practice. Linking breath to movement, each class is the Vinyasa style of yoga with a balance of strength, flexibility and core integration. Every class has a theme which can be explored on the mat and can inspire positive change in your life.

The class is at the Browns Bay Beach Reserve next to the toilets. So bring along your mat and recharge the body with this inspiring practice!

Classes are taught by New Zealand's Youngest Yoga Teacher: Holly Bagwell

When Holly was 12, yoga began as an occasional practice, now yoga has become a tool Holly can always trust to clear her mind. At 16, she has learned to be herself. Holly has a natural love of helping others through teaching. Holly's warmth and smile inspire all her students. In 2020 she completed half of the Ralston Method 250-hour yoga teacher training and will complete the second half in 2021.

All of the donations from Breathe and Flow go towards helping Holly startup an online yoga platform to for teens. She is building this platform to share the benefits of doing yoga as a teenager with those her age.
