CANCELED: Unfortunately, the Foundation has had to make the difficult decision to cancel our first week of Brain Awareness Month events due to the current restrictions in Auckland and throughout New Zealand. The safety of our supporters, scientists and clinicians, and staff is paramount and we hope that we may be able to reschedule these events in the future.

Topic of The Event

Throughout his event, Sir Richard Faull will be taking you through the wonders of the human brain. Find out why he fell in love with the human brain when he was just a third-year medical student and how his career has progressed throughout the years. You’ll learn about current research being conducted at the Centre for Brain Research as well as how the Neurological Foundation Human Brain Bank plays a very important role within the research.

Sir Richard Faull will be sharing the discoveries he has made over the years, as well as the unknown wonders the human brain still has to offer.
