Beginner Belly Dance Class
Over the 8 week term, you will learn foundational belly dance movements in a structured and supportive class.
We focus on technique and mini choreographies to practice the movements in this fun class! Great for toning muscles and burning calories. Suitable for total beginners.

You are welcome to stay and attend the following class at 6.30 pm on Mondays - Isis wing choreography class.
What to wear? Wear what you are comfortable in! Activewear, sweat pants or a pretty skirt. Bring a shimmy belt if you have one or purchase one in class.
