Where does your family’s food come from? Come and see where it all starts, reconnect with the land and try a little farming yourself at the scenic Battle Hill Farm Forest Park.

We’ve got a whole range of activities for you to get involved in to get a sneak peek into a working farm. Take a closer look at our woolly neighbours, see our skilled farm dogs at work rounding up the sheep, feed the large eels, master different techniques at butchery demonstration and learn how a sustainable farm works in the modern world.

We’ve also got a bunch of fun outdoor farm games for the whole whanau. You can grab a delicious snack at our food trucks to refill your batteries and keep having fun!

Due to being a working farm, please leave your dogs at home.
