AMINZ Mediation Skills Intensive Refresher

This short executive programme, delivered virtually, will arm you with the latest knowledge on all things advanced mediation, while providing opportunities to put theory into practice.

Over two days, you will learn the ins and outs of conducting a mediation online, and participate in an advanced mediation session exploring special topics in mediation. You will also get to apply your skills in a practical session with three mediation roleplays in small groups, assisted by a coach who will provide feedback to you. These roleplays will have a topical focus, with Covid-19 issues to the fore.

This two-day course is perfect for anyone who has completed the traditional five-day Mediation Skills Intensive course before, as well as anyone who has had previous mediation experience, and would like to further enhance their skillset and practical mediation knowledge.
