Aerial Yoga Restorative is a slow nourishing practice incorporating a low hammock. The hammock is used to support and massage the body while moving through poses. Providing a state of deep relaxation as well as will acting as a massage tool to further release excess tightness within muscles. Ending the session with an extended 30min sound healing floating mediation cocooned in the Aerial Hammock.

Suitable for all fitness levels, no prior aerial yoga experience needed.

Please wear warm comfortable clothing, no jeans, Zips on garments or Jewellery to be worn. Socks are compulsory.
