Nick will guide the most inexperienced to achieve amazing results. With simple easy to understand practice paintings, you’ll begin to understand how watercolour really works, get comfortable with your paints, and hopefully come up with ideas for new creations. You will be building up colour from plain water to a saturated paint mix. Learn how to use just one colour to achieve different values, looking to create a seamless effect, popularly known as “ombré.

Join this easy and pleasurable workshop and focus on improving your skills. Meet other creative's who are working on the same level; to share ideas and inspiration.

A practical guide to learn the skills needed for watercolour, with Nick Eggleston, one of our awesome resident tutors! He graduated from Chesterfield College of Art and Design and is a member of The Society of Designer Craftsmen. Nick produces amazing watercolours of English Bull Terriers, and other animals. He is a master craftsman of clay, watercolour, occasionally wood carving and the art of bespoke shoemaking.
