A very vintage jazz and blues night - with live music from Lauren Armstrong and friends.

We are delighted to announce Lauren Armstrong is joining the Vintage Festival 2021 to perform a very special night of jazz and blues. Sit back, enjoy the music or dance the night away at Porridge Watson, Wanganui.

Born and raised in Wellington, Lauren Armstrong’s voice is influenced by the style and character of 1920s New Orleans. She performs regularly in Wellington and around New Zealand with the vocal group “The Victory Dolls” as well as leading a few of her own ensembles. An icon in her own right, she regularly works alongside many local luminaries in the New Zealand jazz scene.
