4-week Furniture Upcycling Course

Join Sandy from The ReCreators at the Beautification Trust to learn the various skills and crafts of Furniture Upcycling. Modern painting techniques, old restoration and upholstery 101 will be covered.

You will get to bring in your own projects to work on over the 4 week period. Materials and tools will be provided to showcase a shared makerspace economy.

Week 1: Learn various upcycle painting techniques on off-cuts to gain confidence and playfulness around design. Discuss products and tools required for furniture upcycling.

Week 2-4: Bring in your furniture week by week to upcycle or restore.

Please wear old clothes and bring a water bottle & snacks.
