Zumba Fitness with State of Motion

Come join Andy and Jenna your instructors for a fun filled Zumba Fitness class, first class is free.

Classes are held at HIIT Squad Central Hutt on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Bring a bottle of water, you’ll need it to stay hydrated, a towel wipe yourself down when you get hot and your smile and heaps of energy to just have fun.

Our classes cater for all fitness levels, take slow if you need or crank up the intensity with our support and energising music. We look forward to seeing you.
