Yoga Warriors Yoga Session for Matariki

Bring your comfy clothes and join her for this free session for all ages in the beautiful Great Hall.

Founder of Yoga in Schools and Yoga Warriors, Letesha Hallet is a hauora and wellness enthusiast, who loves all things healthy. A mama to (soon to be) three tamariki, Letesha is Ngāti Tuwharetoa and Cook Islander, and believes that yoga is a key to inner strength and resilience.

Yoga mats will be provided, although you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

This Yoga Warriors yoga session is part of The Arts Centre Te Matatiki Toi Ora's Matariki 2020 programme.
