Yin Connections

A monthly women's circle for all things yin.

When was the last time you deeply connected with your true nature? Your feminine energy? Your body? With other women on this human journey?

Every month we sit in circle. Show up for ourselves. Share our struggles and our successes. Connect from the heart, leave judgements and stories behind. Explore what movement the stillness stirs up. And ultimately - find home.

Women gathering, sharing, holding and being with one another, rising each other - that is the yin part often missing in our individual lives as well as in society as a whole.

If you feel the call, please join me in this safe and sacred space. You are seen. You are heard. You are felt. Every womxn is welcome.

While every circle is slightly different, a certain amount of sharing, meditation, chanting, yin yoga, and journaling is usually included. Open to all yoga levels, including complete beginners.

Please bring a journal, a pen and comfortable clothes. To keep this circle sacred, please arrive a few minutes early to allow for enough time to settle in before we begin.

Financial exchange: $40.

For every date, I have one karma yogi position available. Instead of a financial exchange for your attendance, I ask you to pour your heart and some time into helping me preparing the circle space.
