Yalumba, founded in 1849 by Samuel Smith, is Australia's oldest family owned winery, famous for championing varieties such as Viognier, Grenache, Cabernet and Shiraz and their flagship wines The Octavius and The Caley.

Join Jess Hill Smith, brand manager at Yalumba, for a five course feast accompanied by six fine wines from the Yalumba Rare and Fine collection including The Octavius and The Caley at The Bresolin in Wellington.

With slow roasted pork knuckle, apple mustard gravy, caramelised cauliflower, baby spinach, hard goat cheese, pine nuts

With whole lamb shoulder, roasted for 12 hours with salsa verde, zucchini, shiitake mushroom, chilli, fresh mint

With 1kg rump cap served with horseradish peas, red wine jus, roasted potatoes, rosemary salt
