Blowout Comedy

An awesome night of top-shelf Kiwi comedy!

It's all hosted by Dan Brader an NZ comedy veteran who's been in the game since 2007. He's performed four successful solo show tours of NZ ("Horrible, Horrible Human Being", "My No Good Stinkin' Loser Comedy Show", "The Rotten Apple Doesn't Fall Far From The Toxic Tree" and this year's "Happy Jokes For Happy People"). He's got six years of experience on the Aussie comedy pro circuit, including two shows in the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and Melbourne Fringe Festival. Brader is a relentless, hard-working, comedy road-dog and a true original. Brader loves to love to perform comedy and audiences/critics love his smart, cynical, quirky and original comedic material.

Headlining the night is one of the best comedians in Christchurch and one of NZ's most exciting new comics. It's Conor Fenelon.
After selling out 3 shows in a row in Christchurch and Dunedin with his show "Conflicted", Conor brings his trademark style of wit, cheeky cynicism and honest storytelling to the stage in Timaru for the first time ever-fresh off the recent debut of his second solo show "Problematic".

If you are a fan of the likes of Jim Jeffries, Jimmy Carr and Dave Chappelle, you'll love this dude!

"Gifted in the art of making you laugh at things you shouldn't laugh at" - Reg Blackwood

Supported by one of Auckland's best young comedians. Jamie Patterson. He's been nominated for five awards at the prestigious New Zealand Comedy Guild Awards including a nomination in the highly competitive "Best Joke Of The Year" category.

Also, Vasu Premkumar who's becoming an audience favourite in the Christchurch comedy scene for his laid back, charming stage persona and his sharp, well-written jokes.
