Clear your schedule this coming Sunday and experience 3 courses from 3 local chefs, all from our kitchen!
Joining us at Portlander, is Hot Sauce and Whiskey Lima Golf's head chefs for what we call a 'Potluck Co-Op'. Each course has a theme, open to each chef's interpretation. They will bring their culinary personality, style, and background into each dish, where you get to be the judge on each. Each course will include 3 dishes, one from each chef, and a beverage package to compliment the meal.
Course themes are:
Entrée: Wild and Foraged
Main: Just like mum used to make
Dessert: Native Flora.
Like any good potluck dinner, friendly competition, banter, and conversation amongst the chefs and diners are encouraged!
