The Len Lye Cinema is proud to present the Whānau Mārama: New Zealand International Film Festival 2020.

22 films will be screened over two weeks, from 24 July to 4 August 2020.

The festival will open with Australian film, 'True History of the Kelly Gang' and will also showcase the finalists for the New Zealand Best 2020 short film competition and the Ngā Whanaunga Māori Pasifika Shorts 2020.

Other highlights include Mardi Gras Film Festival 2020 Audience Award winner 'Ellie & Abbie (& Ellie's Dead Aunt)' and Toronto International Film Festival 2019 Best Film (Platform) winner 'Martin Eden'.
