Voyage Gourmet Tasting Dinner

Voyage Gourmet is hosting a degustation meal to sample 15 of our delicious dishes over seven courses hosted at the newly opened Maison Fleur wedding venue & gardens in Aongatete.

$90 per person includes a glass of bubbles on arrival
- Selection of canapés served with a glass of bubbles in the garden
- Brandy Flambéed duck liver parfait with homegrown plum conserve
- Caprese salad with locally made mozzarella, organic heirloom tomatoes & fresh basil & macadamia pesto*
- Crispy calamari with sea salt, pink pepper & charred lime alioli
- Prosciutto & grilled figs with Gorgonzola & truffle honey
- Grilled prawns with avocado & tomato tartare
- Slow roasted pork belly with confit red cabbage, spiced apple & fennel scented crackling
- Wild mushroom barley risotto
- Roasted King salmon on green pea purée
- Chicken cacciatore with kalamata olives
- Fresh tagliatelle with fresh pesto, slow roasted organic tomatoes, spinach & pinenuts
- Char grilled leg of lamb with confit garlic, kumara, sage purée & balsamic & red wine jus
- Beef fillet on truffle & chive potatoes with creamy mushroom
