Transmission meditation is a simple, free group meditation that is a way to help the world, and a dynamic aid to personal growth. There are several hundred groups worldwide, with around 15 groups in New Zealand.
You are invited to attend one of the regular meditations held in Epsom, Howick and Glenfield. For further information about Transmission, read the book 'Transmission - A Meditation for the New Age', downloadable for free at: https://www.share-international.org/background/printed/transmission.htm
If you are planning to attend the Epsom group meditation, please arrive at 5.45pm so we can explain the 'how tos' before the meditation begins at 6pm.
Transmission is a safe, scientific, non-denominational activity; no prior meditation experience required.
