Transmission meditation is a simple, free group meditation that is a way to help the world, and a dynamic aid to personal growth. There are several hundred groups worldwide, including 15 groups in New Zealand.
You are invited to attend one of the regular meditations held in Epsom, Howick and Glenfield. At the Epsom group, we start with a brief workshop for newcomers.
Transmission is a safe, scientific, non-denominational activity; no prior meditation experience required.
