Hear an illustrated talk by Margaret Lovell-Smith on what life was like for women in Kate Sheppard’s day, take part in a re-enactment of an 1893 women’s WCTU meeting about votes for women, and listen to a piano suite especially composed for Suffrage Day, before heading off on a guided tour of the city by double-decker bus to hear about 27 sites associated with Kate Sheppard.

Bring your lunch - tea and coffee available.

Participants are warmly invited to wear period costume.
