Grab your walking shoes and join one of our tour guides to explore significant Māori public artworks in the heart of Auckland city, including four brand-new works at Britomart, installed in collaboration with the exhibition, Toi Tū Toi Ora: Contemporary Māori Art.

Meet your guide at the Gallery's front desk and explore multiple art installations over the one-kilometre walk to Takutai Square, in the centre of Britomart’s bar and restaurant precinct. Make sure you bring sunblock and an umbrella! Headsets will be provided for ease of hearing.

Registration is required, spots are limited.

This event is part of the Toi Tū Toi Ora: Contemporary Māori Art | Opening Weekend Festival. Check it out at aucklandartgallery.com to see what else is happening, as we kick off the largest exhibition in the Gallery's 132-year history.
