Welcome to the New Zealand Rainbow Development Forum: sharing workplace leadership, innovation, best practice and collaboration.

Our annual Development Forum brings together organisations striving to improve diversity and inclusion for all LGBT+ people and is a shared learning opportunity to build a more inclusive community of workplaces in Aotearoa New Zealand.

Both Rainbow Tick and Non-Rainbow Tick organisations are welcome to attend.

The Awards lunch (separately ticketed event) follows the Development Forum and is focused on celebrating Rainbow inclusion across New Zealand organisations.
