About the Day Course:
When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situations we tend to regard the situation itself as the problem. But if we learn to maintain a peaceful mind, we can be happy all the time regardless of our circumstances.

On this meditation day course Kelsang Luma will explain how to improve your relationships through patience and kindness. Discover why difficult people and situations have no real power to cause us problems, and how they can even help us develop our own inner peace.

The Teacher
Kelsang Luma is a Buddhist nun and the Resident Teacher of Kalpa Bhadra Buddhist Centre in Christchurch and is Geshe-las representative in the South Island. She has been ordained under Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for almost 15 years and has dedicated her life to studying and practicing his instructions and helping people solve their problems through Buddha’s timeless instructions.

Luma gives clear and practical teachings, sharing her deep understanding of the Buddhist path. Through her teachings and example she shows us how we can easily integrate Buddha’s wisdom into our modern lives.

Suitable for beginners. Everyone welcome.
