WORD Christchurch

'Tell the truth, but tell it slant', wrote Emily Dickinson. Should writers come out with the truth directly in their writing, or is the best way to truth a more circuitous route? Four of our writers come together to discuss their approach in their work and read excerpts, while supporting rainbow rangatahi. With poet and playwright Nathan Joe, poet essa may ranapiri (ransacked), memoirist Lil O'Brien (Not That I'd Kiss a Girl) and fantasy writer AJ Fitzwater (Cinrak the Dapper, No Man's Land). Hosted by poet/comedian Ray Shipley.

Entry by koha on the door, with all proceeds to Qtopia.
