One of the great Easter oratorios, Bach’s St Matthew Passion begins in the turmoil of Jesus’s last days in Jerusalem and ends with his crucifixion and burial. Christchurch City Choir is proud to present this work just prior to Easter in keeping with its story. With over 250 musicians on stage, this performance will be epic.
