Gather the family and spring into savings at Ngā Manu!

Ngā Manu’s network of all-weather, buggy and wheelchair friendly trails give you the chance to experience both forest and wetland habitats. The walk-through aviaries and nocturnal house offer close-up encounters with our rare NZ wildlife and you can feed the waterfowl on the picnic lawn - this is the season for ducklings and cygnets! At 2pm every day rain or shine you can watch the Ngā Manu eels being fed.

We will continue to remain open during COVID-19 Level 2.

If you really want to treat your family and immerse yourself in all the magic that Ngā Manu has to offer you can book a night or two in our Theo’s Cottage – it sleeps 4 snugly and allows you the privilege of taking in the dawn and dusk activity of the wetland – right at your doorstep! See our website for details.
