Sensory Session Sundays

Sensory Session Sundays at the Makino Aquatic Centre!

We welcome those with sensory issues or families who support children with sensory issues or disabilities to come together to share quality time in a safe and friendly environment.

Sensory Session Sundays take place in the Learn to Swim pool (limited spaces available). The Learn to Swim pool has changing rooms separate from the main changing rooms.

We have lots of toys available for you to explore the water. Music in the Learn to Swim pool will be turned off during this event.

Normal admission charges apply, caregivers swim free!

Please note: All children under 3 years old must be accompanied in the water with a caregiver 16 years or over. Children under 8 years must be actively supervised and within arms reach by a caregiver 16 years or over at all times.
