An invitation to stop, relax and listen to your own truth.

Autumn is the time to harvest the gifts of the summer, to reflect and release. In this shamanic exploration we'll enter a space of deep listening. You may bring a question or intention that you're already working with. Or just an openness to journey.

Together we'll lie back and let the sounds carry us...

Sika plays intuitively from his beloved collection of instruments, including several didgeridoos, drums, native flutes, rattles... foraged objects such as leaves, stones, bones and shells... and nature recordings from the Australian and New Zealand bush. The haunting 'voices' of unfamiliar instruments such as Aztec whistles and Māori Taonga pūoro add to the sense of mystery and help us enter meditative, wordless states. These ancient sounds evoke primal memories.

Sika holds a safe space for us to drop into relaxation. Many people find the experience not only relaxing but deeply meaningful. You may also feel the physical vibration of the didgeridoo as he moves around the space, weaving his magic.

Sika has been offering Sound Journeys for over 25 years and has the blessing of many Maori, Native American and Aboriginal elders, including the Yuin tribe of South Australia. He's deeply humbled to share their instruments with people around the world. You can learn more at: https://sikamusic.com/

There will be two journeys with an interval in between. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow or anything else you need to lie down comfortably. We also recommend a water bottle and a journal.

Tickets on the door: $30 subject to availability

Are you called to join us? We hope so.
