Aratoi is celebrating Seaweek - Kaupapa Moana three ways!

- Whale paintings by Wairarapa artist Paula Coulthard from the series Ika Moana, an old Te reo Māori name for whales - the English translation: Fish of the Sea.

- A sea-blue window installation made with waste plastic by Wellington artist Dani Henke, a recent Masterton District Fellow with NZ Pacific Studio.

- A table of treasures collected from local beaches, ready for tamariki and their whānau to explore and create something special to take home.

Aratoi is proud to join Seaweek, the annual national week celebrating the moana.
