"salon PL" is an event showcasing Polish culture through music, dance, literature, poetry, sculpture and food. An immersion in the culture will make you understand better the country and its people.

Music by Chopin played by a well know pianist Lee Cameron, fragments of book written by Nobel prize winner Olga Tokarczuk will be read in Polish and translated to English, also some poems by Julian Tuwim, sculptures by Anya Fischer and migrants will tell their stories of coming and settling in New Zealand. Polish food morsels will be served when audience gather for the event and then the food available to purchase during an interval-all food prepared by members of the Polish community per traditional Polish recipes.

Staging his event was made possible thanks to funding from Tauranga City Council Community Events Fund.
