Sacred Sunday - Ostara (Spring Equinox) Ceremony

Come join us in experiencing dance/movement and sound as a sacred practice for self-reflection and intention. Sessions are conducted in a ceremonial setting, based upon the key themes in the current celestial cycle. Your movement practice, facilitated by Catherine Schroder from Dancers Anonymous will incorporate a variety of appropriate techniques from her background in Dance/Movement Therapy, Yoga and Honohono Energy Healing. The ceremony is conducted in conjunction with a live sound journey by Surge Viktorvich from Primordial Didgeridoo using an array of traditional sacred instruments from around the world.

Bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on, a blanket for warmth and your own writing or drawing materials for reflection.
