Retroband is a fun, low impact, conditioning fitness class using bands for upper and lower body resistance.
Over 30 minutes of cardio followed by core work and a relaxing stretch.
Sweat along to elevating music from 60s - 90s.
Suitable for beginners and intermediate fitness levels.
Knee and back friendly.
Bring a water bottle and towel.
Resistance Bands are provided but you may bring your own if you prefer.
