The Roxy Cinema will be bringing you a night of conundrums, quizzical complications and delicious cocktails as we invite you to our Film Quiz Night followed by a screening of the 1986 classic, Ferris Buller's Day Off! Always timed with a screening of a cinema cult classic screening and our enticing cocktail happy hour, the Roxy Quiz Night is sure to entertain!
You haven’t seen Ferris Buller's Day Off? Ferris Bueller (Matthew Broderick) has an uncanny skill at cutting classes and getting away with it. Intending to make one last duck-out before graduation, Ferris calls in sick, "borrows" a Ferrari, and embarks on a one-day journey through the streets of Chicago. On Ferris' trail is high school principal Rooney (Jeffrey Jones), determined to catch him in the act.
Featuring a killer soundtrack, great performances and one of the best musical numbers in film history, this film is a crowd-pleaser in every sense of the word!
