QHL was started in 2016 as a 4 team league. We have now expanded to 5 teams and "the Q" has quickly become the premier league at the Queenstown Ice Arena. Games are free to watch on Friday evenings during the winter from 7:45p-10:00p. Enjoy hot food or a local wine & craft tap beer from our fully licensed café and watch the fastest game on ice. Lights & Music make it a great evening! Check out our public ice skating sessions before the games to make a day of it on the website.
