"This physical theatre course for adults contains a large spectrum of exercises coming from my (facilitator) very diverse experience. Two of the main pillars of what I offer are the Suzuki method of Actor training and the Viewpoints. The Suzuki method of Actor training originated from Japanese theatre director Tadashi Suzuki's desire to " restore the whole of the human body in the theatrical context," and his methods ask a great deal of precision, focus and discipline.
We dissect and explore the basic elements of performance- the body in time and space- to enable the actor to use them articulately in devising and performing. This is like allowing your inner three year old to meet your adult self."
