Our next guest Collab Session at Pegasus Bay, this time with the incredibly talented & dynamic duo of Ryan Henley & Cory Campbell

Cory has worked and ran some of the most iconic restaurants around the world such as The Square London, NOMA Copenhagen & Vue de Monde Melbourne to name a few. Ryan was originally from Melbourne & meet Cory while working under him at three hatted restaurant Vue De Monde. After returning to New Zealand, Ryan became Chef de Cuisine at Pescatore in Christchurch and went on to be awarded Two Hats by Cuisine Good Food Awards.

This lunch promises to deliver cutting edge cuisine with innovation and flair that will take your tastebuds on a journey they will never forget.
Tickets are very limited.
