Paper Thieves - "Where it began" - NZ Tour.

Paper Thieves are coming to NZ yo!!!.. Well two of them. Leah Christensen (vox,keys) and Eric Wermke (guitar) are touring NZ throughout March and April, bringing a soul-laden, stripped back rendition of old and new tunes that will make you feel all fuzzy inside.

Paper Thieves are a Berlin based psychedelic soul project with roots in New Zealand, Turkey and Germany. They have recently released their EP „Koumpounophobia“ which has been featured nationally and internationally on radio stations and major music blogs, including Somewhere Soul, Nothing But Hope And Passion, Kaltblut.

Lead singer Leah creates imagery through spirited storytelling. This combined with the group's commitment to a blend of intricate soulful vocals, psychedelic guitar emissions, and stimulating rhythms they create a dynamic and playful atmosphere.
